This imposing building sits on the edge of the Bristol Channel, overlooking the islands of Flatholm and Steepholm. Miller Contractors Limited were appointed by Knox & Wells Ltd to undertake all aspects of substructures, in situ concrete upper floors, extensive external works including a sewage treatment plant, alterations and widening the access road and resurfacing existing tarmac areas.
