Following on from the remediation works both parties have successfully negotiated the Substructure Foundations, Ground Floor slab, Mezzanine floors and roof top car park slab, external works to the proposed car park and associated Civil Engineering Works including thrust boring a storm drainage connection pipe across Penarth Road. Miller Contractors Wales Ltd is currently working on the State of the Art, Multi-Million Pound BMW showroom development at Penarth Road, Cardiff. The client Synther Group awarded the contract to MCS Ltd, who appointed Miller Contractors to initially carry out the remediation work and civil engineering work for the development.
